Supporters may submit two server suggestions every month for guaranteed management review. This does not guarantee that the suggestion will be accepted or added.

Grayline does not guarantee uninterrupted server availability and may reasonably modify, replace, suspend or discontinue benefits when necessary because of legal, licensing, platform, security or technical requirements. If a material paid benefit cannot be delivered as described, please open a billing ticket so an appropriate replacement, account credit or refund can be considered. However, purchases are nonrefundable
Except where required by law, purchases are nonrefundable. Billing or delivery problems should be reported through a discord ticket as soon as possible.
All cosmetic items have statistics identical to their ordinary in-game equivalents and provide no gameplay advantage. Purchases do not grant ownership of DayZ, server modifications or any intellectual property belonging to Bohemia Interactive or third-party creators. Grayline is an independently operated community server and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive. We are only monetized and approved by Bohemia.
